12^th to 25^th November, 2023

The players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17) Chess Championships between July 2022 to January 2023 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.
Nationals (Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17) medal winners will be treated as official players.
AICF does not extend anything for additional players and they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

The Additional Players : Rs. 1,58,250/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,32,510/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,29,000/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,21,980/- (Family Room Accommodation)

All accompanying persons : Rs. 1,45,650/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,19,910/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,16,400/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,09,380/- (Family Room Accommodation)

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Transport Charges for Rome Airport / Bologna Airport (Italy) to the hotels, Accommodation Charges and Bank Charges only. The Players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation receive from organizers will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive from them.
