CHESS OLYMPIAD TICKETING PORTAL

The All India Chess Federation takes immense pleasure in announcing the launch of the ticketing portal of the 44th Chess Olympiad.

Note: Spectator tickets are available at the venue.

The chess fans who desires to watch the games live can buy the spectator pass for Hall-1/Hall-2 at: https://tickets.aicf.in/
There are three types of tickets available for spectators to buy:
Category 1: 
Students Under-19/Women/Tamil Nadu Government Staff
Ticket Valid for: 2-hours
Ticket Cost: Rs.300/- (Hall 1) & Rs.200/- (Hall 2)
Category 2: 
Indian citizens excluding category 1
Ticket Valid for full day
Ticket Cost: Rs.3,000/- (Hall 1) & Rs.2,000/- (Hall 2)
Category 3: 
Foreigners
Ticket Valid for full day
Ticket Cost: Rs.8,000/- (Hall 1) & Rs.6,000/- (Hall 2)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Q: How to book the tickets?

A: Just click on the ‘Book now’ button and follow the steps on the screen, you will get your ticket confirmation by Whatsapp / Email/ SMS.

Q: How do I get admission in the playing hall

A: Please reach the tournament venue (Hall-1/Hall-2 as the case may be. Show your ticket to the security staff at the entrance. You will be guided to the tournament hall.

Q: Are mobiles allowed inside the tournament hall?

A: Mobile and all electronic devices (including wrist watches) are not allowed inside the tournament hall.

Q: Is there any provision to keep my mobile and other electronic devices?

A: Yes, you can deposit the gadgets at the counters provided for this purpose.

Q: Why is my ticket not approved?

A: Your ticket might have been rejected due to wrong/invalid submission of information

Q: Is there any provision to park my vehicle?

A: Yes, you can park your vehicle in the designated parking lot.

Q: Why are the pricing different Hall-1 & Hall-2?

There are two playing halls – Hall-1 & Hall-2. The prices for hall-1 are high as it will have top ranking teams (28 boards in Open & 21 in Women’s section). The remaining boards are in hall-2.
