FIDE Arbiter Seminar

Keeping the AICF’s motto of chess development every nook and corner of the country, All India Chess Federation is organizing a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar at Patna, Bihar from 24th to 26th August 2018. The lecturers will be IA Gopakumar MS and IA Dharmendra Kumar.  The Contact person is Mr.Dharmendar Kumar Phone no : 9334838341

FIDE Fee and Boarding & Lodging (Check in : 23rd Aug 18 afternoon & Check Out : 26th Aug 18 forenoon) of participants will be taken care by AICF. However, participants need to pay Rs. 3000 as registration fee. The exact venue details will be intimated later.

Twenty Four (24) participants from following States/Union Territory have been equally divided:

Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi & Gujarat

The state associations of above States can nominate three deserving candidates for the seminar as per merit. The respective associations need to send all the applications received by them to AICF along with merit yardstick used for selecting the three candidates. Apart from this, six remaining vacancies will be given to women candidates of these states and decided by AICF on merit basis.

However if any seats are not filled by any state, AICF will fill the seats by candidates from other States. The deadline for sending the entry by respective state association is 31 Jul 18 and after that AICF will not entertain any request in this regard and seat will be allotted to other deserving candidates.
