FIDE Arbiter seminar 2018

Dear Chess Friends,

Greetings from All India Chess Federation!

Keeping the AICF’s motto of chess development every nook and corner of the country, All India Chess Federation is organizing a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar at Manali, Himachal Pradesh from 09-11 March 2018. The venue is Royal Park Resorts, Manali.

The seminar will be conducted free of cost for 30 participants. FIDE Fee and Boarding & Lodging (Check In : 08 Mar 18 afternoon and Check Out : 11 Mar 18 forenoon) of participants will be taken care by AICF.

Twenty Four (24) participants from following States/Union Territoryof Northern India have been equally divided:

Jammu&Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

The state associations of above States can nominate three deserving candidates for the seminar as per merit. The respective associations need to send all the applications received by them to AICF along with merit yardstick used for selecting the three candidates. Apart from this, six remaining vacancies will be given to women candidates of these states and decided by AICF on merit basis.

However if any seats are not filled by any state, AICF will fill the seats by candidates from other States.
