Keeping the AICF’s motto of chess development every nook and corner of the country, All India Chess Federation is organizing five FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar as per the schedule mentioned below:-

The seminar will be conducted free of cost for participants including lodging. However, participants need to pay €20 (Approx Rs. 1700/-) as FIDE examination fee as well as take care of their travel expenditure.
Each state can nominate a maximum 3 Senior National Arbiters (one must be Female) holding active FIDE National Arbiter License to undergo subject seminar before 5 pm on 29 January 2022. Further each state association can hold 3 Senior National Arbiters as S/By. The state associations need to nominate three deserving candidates for the seminar as per merit and the respective associations need to send all the applications received by them to AICF along with merit yardstick used for selecting the three candidates. However, states will not nominate any candidate who already undergone the Free FIDE Arbiter Seminar conducted by AICF earlier and failed in the final exam as well as such candidates whose FIDE Arbiter Seminar norm already expired the validity of 4 years.

Please note that the considered state in each venue is tentative and according to the number of participants enrolled, AICF will decide the final list of participants as well as centre allotment for each candidate as in each centre only 20 candidates will allocated as per FIDE Rules.
