23rd February to 8th March 2025
- The players who participated in the Over the Board National Junior (Open & Girls) Chess Championship 2024 at Karnal, Haryana, and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in this event.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships subject to age stipulation.
- National Junior Champions or Medal winners will be treated as official players.
- AICF does not extend anything to the additional players, they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
- The Additional Players: Rs.1,54,008/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs.1,35,496/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,41,548/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs. 1,23,036/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes the Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges, and Bank Charges only. The additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangements for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned in due course once we receive it from them.
