MPL 46th National Sub Junior Open and Girls Chess Championship 2022 3rd Seed Harshad S of Tamil Nadu held for draw by Paarth Salvi of Goa

The third seed player Harshad S of Tamil Nadu held for draw by lower rated Paarth Salvi of Goa. They both played a marathon game of 121 moves. Harshad failed to convert his 2 pawn advantage into win. Other seedd like IM Pranav V, IM Pranesh M, Rohit S registered their win. 6th seed CM Mayank Chakraborty of Assam also shared his point with Arun Kataria of Rajasthan.

In Girls section top 2 board settle for draw, Sachi Jain of Del and Pournami S of Ker forced their higher seeded opponents to share the points, namely Sarayi Vellpulla of Telangana and Mrittika Mallik of West Bengal.  Other seeded players won their respective games.
