Railways sports promotion board-A & Petroleum Sports Promotion board Wins National Team Chess Championship 2024

Railway Spots Promotion board-A and Petroleum sports promotion board wins the 43rd National Team and 21st National Team for Women Chess Championship respectively, held at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, from 29th March to 4th April 2024.  The RSPB-A team was in a close fight with their nearest rivels and another team from railways RSPB-B. Both Teams from Railways scored 17 MP each, based on game points tiebreak, RSPB-A moved ahead and secure the championship with 31.5 GP, while RSPB-B finished runner up with 30.5 GP, Gujarat-A secured Bronze medal. In Women section Petroleum Sports promotion board dominated the championship with unbeaten score of 14 MP out of 14 MP. Telangana-A finished as runner up with 11 MP followed by Life Insurance Corporation of INDIA with 10 MP points.
