As per the regulations of FIDE, it is mandatory for all FIDE Arbiter title seekers to attend the Arbiter Seminar conducted by the FIDE and to pass the examination. As requested by Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, AICF has allotted to conduct FIDE Arbiter Seminar at Salem from 13th to 15th December, 2019 under the AICF Vision 2020 programme. Anybody who has basic knowledge about the game and duly recommended by the state chess association can appear for the Seminar.
Prof. R.Anantharam International Arbiter and International Arbiter Swapnil Bansod will conduct the Seminar. All those who are interested in attending the course are requested to send the filled application form attached and transfer the participation fee of Rs.3000/- to the following link: https://aicf.in/other-payments/ towards FIDE Seminar Fee, Exam fee and study Materials. Interested candidates are requested to send their duly filled entry form through the respective State Chess Associations so as to reach AICF before 5th December, 2019.Accommodationand lunch will be provided to all participants.
Applications have to be routed through the respective state chess associations. As the number of seats is restricted, the applicants recommended by the state chess associations alone will be considered.
Arrival & Registration : 13th December, 2019 before : 09:30A.M.
Departure : 15thDecember, 2019 after : 19: 00 hrs.
Seminar will be held at: Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology, Poosaripatti, Omalur Road, Salem 636 305. (25 KMs from Salem Railway station on Salem – Bangalore Highway)
