Commonwealth Chess Championship 2022 from at Kaluthara, Sri Lanka from 13th to 23rd November, 2022

Commonwealth Chess Championship 2022 will be started from 13th to 23rd November, 2022 at Kaluthara, Sri Lanka and players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group Chess Championships 2022 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.

Additional Players / Accompanying persons who have interested in take part in the forthcoming Commonwealth Chess Championship 2022 are requested to send their details by email to indianchessfed@gmail.com cc to aicfnationalentries@gmail.com on or before 05 October 2022

  1. All other players : Rs. 1,19,650/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 86,850/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 78,650/- (Triple Room Accommodation)
  1. All accompanying persons : Rs. 1,07,350/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 74,550/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 66,350/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges & Bank Charges only. The additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. However, the official players flight ticket and visa will be taken care by AICF. The visa invitation receive from organizers will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive from them.

Please note : Players who have participated in the 2022 standard category Nationals and finished in

Top 50  are eligible to take part in the 2022 Commonwealth Chess Championship, however the entries are subject to AICF approval.

1.For GMs and IMs having a rating above 2400 – Free Entry Fee

WGMs and WIMs having a rating above 2250 – Free Entry Fee

Note: Rest all conditions as per regulations of organizers

All Grandmasters (With rating of 2400/ WGM 2250) :Rs 8950 (Amount includes registration fees & bank charges)

For IM having a rating above 2400/WIM having a rating above 2250 :Rs 107350 /- (Single room accomodation),Rs 74550/ (Double Sharing) ,Rs 66350 (Triple sharing) .This amount includes registration fees ,Accomodation fees & bank charges only)

All Grandmasters, Women Grandmaster, International Master and Women International Master are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings.
