The seminar was led by two prominent figures in Indian chess: FST GM Tejas Bakre, the Chief Lecturer, and FT GM Ankit Rajpara, the Assistant Lecturer. Together, they guided the participants through advanced coaching methods and training techniques.

Mr. Dev Patel, Secretary of AICF, attended one of the sessions as a special guest, offering his encouragement and emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in the growth of chess in India.
