- The players participated in the Over the Board National School Age Groups (Under 7, Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17) Chess Championships 2025 in Guwahati, Assam and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
- Since the National School Under-19 Championship is not being conducted, players who participated in the Over-the-Board National Junior (Open & Girls) Chess Championships 2025 held in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and finished within the top 50 in the final ranking list, are eligible to participate in the Under-19 category. Only players born on or after 1 January 2007 are eligible for this category.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National School Championships.
- Player finished first in the corresponding National School Over the Board Championship for the year 2025: Rs. 18,510/-
- Additional Players: Rs. 1,02,510/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 90,990/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- Accompanying Persons: Rs. 88,110/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 76,590/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once we receive it from them.
AICF does not extend anything to any Players & Accompanying’s and they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
