Sharvaanica A.S. was leading by half a point before the start of the final round, where a draw would have been enough for her to secure the Gold medal. Playing the French Defence with Black, she soon went a pawn down, gradually lost control of the position, and eventually lost the game. Despite this setback, she tied with another player on 9 points and, thanks to a superior tiebreak over Nandinjiguur Chinzorig, clinched the Gold medal for India. Notably, after losing in the first round, Sharvaanica staged a remarkable comeback with nine consecutive wins.

In the Girls U-12 category, Kiyaana Parihar earned the Bronze medal by defeating Saltkhutsishvili Sarawon. She gained a pawn and skillfully converted it into a full point, finishing with a strong score of 8.5 points.

In the Boys U-10 category, Mani Sarbartho had a chance to fight for the Gold medal but had to settle for Bronze after drawing his final-round game against CM Karunasena A.P. Chenitha. Mani finished with 8.5 points.
