AICF’s Live Telecast Orientation Workshop

All India Chess Federation is pleased to announce the Live Telecast Orientation Workshop at Guwahati from 26-27 Aug 23, at New Delhi from 30 Sep – 01 Oct 23 and at Pune from 28-29 Oct 23.

This two days’ workshop is aimed to give a primary knowledge about live telecasting the games through DGT boards in tournaments.

Interested persons in the age group of 18 – 45 is required to fill the below Google Form before 5 pm on 05 Aug 23 for Guwahati Workshop and 10 Aug 23 for New Delhi & Pune.

There will be a fee of Rs. 5000/- to undergo the workshop and the same can be paid online https://aicf.in/other-payments/. However, state recommended 2 participants of North-Eastern states will be provided free entry. Fill the Google Form only after making the payment as you need to mention the Order ID.

In case you face difficulty in online mode payment gateway, you can use the mentioned Bank Account of AICF to make the payment and need to mention UTR/UPI number at Order ID place of Google Form.

The seats are limited to 40 in each centre and selection will be done by AICF to give exposure to personnel from different states. The selected candidates will be intimated by email once the registration is date is over and the payment of the candidates not selected will be refunded at the earliest.

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for stay and make necessary travel arrangements only after confirmation of selection.

Please note that AICF will not guarantee appointment as live in charge for National/International events after undergoing the workshop but their expertise will be considered on case-to-case basis. The main intention of the workshop to have trained manpower at each state to handle the tournaments at respective states.
