Asian Continental (Open and Women’s) Chess Championships Almaty (Kazakhstan)3rd to 12th June, 2023

  1. The Open players participated in the Over the Board Senior National Chess Championships 2022 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 2300 rating (based on the 1st May 2023 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
  2. The Women’s players participated in the Over the Board National Women Chess Championships 2022 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 2000 rating (based on the 1st May 2023 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
  3. GM/WGM/IM/WIM as well as current Asian/World medals exempted from participation National Championships.
  4. Top 3 National Senior 2022 & Top 3 National Women Final Standings or next in line will be treated as official players.
  5. AICF does not extend anything for other players and they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

Holiday in Express Hotel (“1.3 km 13 min by walk”)

  • The players (Holiday in Express Hotel): Rs. 1,14,165/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 92,468/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
  • All accompanying persons (Holiday in Express Hotel): Rs. 89,565/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 67,868/- (Double Sharing Accommodation

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel (“600 m 6 min by walk”)

  • The players (Double Tree by Hilton Hotel): Rs. 1,76,157/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,41,286/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
  • All accompanying persons (Double Tree by Hilton Hotel): Rs. 1,51,557/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,16,686/- (Double Sharing Accommodation

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges & Bank Charges only. The Players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation receive from organizers will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive from them.
