FIDE World Cadets Cup – 2026 in Batumi, Georgia from 15th to 28th June, 2026

  1. The players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 7, Under 9, and Under 11) Chess Championships 2025 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
  2. GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.
  3. National Champions or Medal Winners (Under 7, Under 9 and Under 11) will be treated as official players.
  • The Additional Players: Rs. 1,81,866/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,66,422/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,57,998/- (Triple Room Accommodation)
  • All accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,66,746/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,51,302/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,42,878/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

Special Note: If a player is accompanied by only one person, he/she will be charged the double-sharing rate. Triple-sharing rates are not applicable for two persons.

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.

Apart from the above amount, players and accompanying persons need to make the following amount per person as extra if their port of arrival and departure is other than Batumi airport and need to add to the total amount as transportation charges.

Transport Charges Airports to the Hotel

  • Travel from Batumi airport (2 ways) to hotels is free of charge. (Free)
  • Travel price from Kutaisi airport (2 ways) to hotels (120 km) is for each person 70 Euros (70*108= Rs.7,560)
  • Travel price from Trabzon (Turkey) airport (2 ways) to hotels (160 km) is for each person 100 Euros (65*108= Rs.7,020)
  • Travel price from Rize-Artvin (Turkey) airport (2 ways) to hotels (80 km) is for each person 70 Euros (45*108= Rs.4,860)

Travel from Tbilisi airport (2 ways) to hotels (360 km) – by agreement.

AICF does not extend anything and additional players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
