Asian Junior/ Girls Chess Championship 2025 from 25th June to 4th July 2025 in Sri Lanka

1. The players who participated in the Over the Board National Junior (Open & Girls) Chess Championship 2024 at Karnal, Haryana and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
2. GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships subject to age stipulation.

• National Junior Champions or Medal winners will be treated as official players.

• The Additional Players: Rs. 1,22,300/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 91,700/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 80,225/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

• All accompanying persons: Rs. 1,09,550/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 78,950/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 67,475/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

Special Note: If a player has only one accompanying person, then he/she must pay for double sharing amount only. (Triple sharing basis not accepted for two persons).

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned in due course once receive it from them.

AICF does not extend anything and additional players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
