FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Guwahati, India

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 30 December 2017 in Guwahati, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Swapnil Basod (IND).   The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.  Interested Candidates are requested to send your entries to arbiters@aicf.in along with duly filled entry form endorsed by your state chess association.

The above seminar is only for North East participants.  There is no fee for the above seminar.  However, successful candidates have to pay FIDE license for their National Arbiter license.
