FIDE Trainers’ Seminar begins

Sports Authority of India – All India Chess Federation Coaches Conference – FIDE Trainers’ Seminar commenced at Hotel Caspia, Shalimarbagh, New Delhi yesterday. In a brief opening ceremony, Shri Bharat Singh Chauhan, Hon’ble Secretary All India Chess Federation inaugurated the event in presence of Shri AK Verma, Hon’ble Secretary Delhi Chess Association.

Forty participants from West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Odisha are taking part in this three-day seminar. FIDE Senior Trainers GM R.B Ramesh and IM Vishal Sareen are the lecturers and according to performance in the seminar, various trainer titles will be awarded to the participants.
