Pirated version of books and cds

AICF has been receiving complaints especially from Citadel Chess World that pirated version of many books have been sold during the AICF and state authorized tournaments.  They have appealed to AICF and all organizers of chess tournaments to be strict and not allow such pirated stuffs to be sold to the gullible chess  enthusiast.  After discussion it was decided that no one should allow the sale of such pirated books / cds in any of our tournaments, failing which action will be initiated against such organizers.
