FIDE World Cadet Chess Championships – 2024

Montesilvano, Italy from 14^th to 27^th November, 2024

1. The players who participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 7, Under 9 and Under 11) Chess Championships 2023 and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in this event.
2. GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships.
3. National Champions or Medal winners (Under 7, Under 9 and Under 11) will be treated as official players.
4. AICF does not extend anything to the additional players, they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

• The Additional Players (3* Hotel): Rs.1,55,004/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,30,564/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,23,232/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,15,900/- (Family Room)

• All Accompanying Persons (3* Hotel): Rs. 1,41,844/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,17,404/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,10,072/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,02,740/- (Family Room)

• The Additional Players (4* Hotel): Rs. 1,85,554/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,58,670/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,55,004/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,47,672/- (Family Room)

• All Accompanying Persons (4* Hotel): Rs.1,72,394/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,45,510/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,41,844/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,34,512/- (Family Room)

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges and Bank Charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned in due course once we receive it from them.

Apart from the above amount, players and accompanying persons need to make the following amount per person of arrival and departure need to add the total amount as transportation charges. 

Transport Charges Airports & Train Station to the Hotel

• Travel price from Rome Fiumicino Airport (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 120 Euros (120*94= Rs.11,280)
• Travel price from Pescara International Airport (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 10 Euros (10*94= Rs.940)
• Travel price from Pescara Train Station (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 10 Euros (10*94= Rs.940)
