FIDE World Cadet Chess Championships – 2025

Almaty, Kazakhstan 18th September to 1st October, 2025

  1. The players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 7, Under 9, and Under 11) Chess Championships 2024 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
  2. GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.
  3. National Champions or Medal Winners (Under 7, Under 9 and Under 11) will be treated as official players.
  • The Additional Players (Almaty Hotel 4*): Rs. 1,85,480/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,72,740/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,53,630/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,47,260/- (Family 4 Persons Accommodation)
  • All accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,71,760/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,59,020/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 1,39,910/- (Triple Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,33,540/- (Family 4 Persons Accommodation)

Special Note: If a player has only one accompanying person, then he/she must pay for double sharing amount only. (Triple sharing basis not accepted for two persons).

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.

AICF does not extend anything and additional players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

Note: No entry will be entertained after 25th June, 2025.
