Final Report of Senior National Arbiter Seminar & Examination at Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 04 & 05 January 2025

Chhattisgarh State Chess Association under the aegis of All India Chess Federation has organised Senior National Arbiter seminar at Raipur under the aegis of Chhattisgarh State Chess Association and on behalf of All India Chess Federation.Senior National Arbiter Seminar followed by an examination was successfully organized in excellent banquet hall of Hotel Grand Imperia , Raipur , Chhattisgarh from 4^th to 5^th January  2025.

SNA Seminar was organised in magnificent way . Lodging boarding and venue was organised in the same hotel , Hotel Grand Imperia , a 4 star hotel of Raipur .

Shri Dharmendra Kumar Treasurer of All India Chess Federation , The lecturer and examiner of this seminar has inaugurated the Seminar, in presence of IM Akshat Khamparia and Mr. V K Rathi , Secretary , Chhattisgarh State Chess Association.

On first day , classes was completely focussed on laws of Chess while 2^nd day other topics like Pairing, Tie-brake, rating regulations etc. covered .

The examination started by 2:30 PM and ended on 05:30 PM.

All present fifty participants attended the examination after seminar .

At the end of the Seminar ,  there were grand valedictory function were organized by CGSCA. Mr. Gurucharan Singh Hora , Secretary , Chhattisgarh Tennis Association was the Chief Guest at the valedictory function while IA , FL Dharmendra Kumar , IM Akshat Khamparia , WFM Kiran Aggrwal were also present there as guest of honor . Mr. V K Rathi , Secretary , Chhattisgarh State Chess Association has presented the vote of the Thanks .

All participants was extremely happy with the arrangement made for them . They were given a memento by organisers in the valedictory function by Chief guest and other dignitaries .

All present Fifty participants attended the examination after seminar and following participants (Garde :A & B are qualified for SNA Title & FIDE NA License.

All the participants awarded with SNA title (A & B) are required to be registered with AICF as Arbiter as well as get their FIDE NA License prior to officiating in any FIDE rated event. They must be licensed before officiating in any FIDE-rated event or attending FIDE Arbiter Seminar.
