AICF filed a petition praying to stay the order dated 09.02.2012 in Case No.79 of 2011 passed under section 26 (1) of the Competition Act 2002, by the 1st respondent ( Competition Commission of India ) and all further proceedings in case No.79 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent pending WP.No.34039 of 2012.
