Pranesh & Renganayaki National School Under-15 Champions

Top seeds Pranesh M of Tamilnadu in Open and Renganayaki of Karantaka in Girls won the National School Under-15 titles on Thursday.

Pranesh scored 8 points out of possible 9 and occupied clear pole position while eighth seed Arhan Chetan Anand of Karantaka and Second Seed of Harshad S of Tamilnadu finsihed second and third respectively with identical score of 7.5 points.

Meanwhile in the girls category Renganayaki, Tanisha Boramanikar of Maharashtra and Vedanshi Pandey of Maharashtra tied for the champion’s trophy but better Buchholz tie break score helped Renganayaki to finish clinch the title while Tanisha finished as first runner up and Vedanshi satisfied with third spot finish.
