Quotation for Supply of Chess Sets for AICF’s Chess in School Project.

All India Chess Federation invites quotation from interested firms for the supply of Chess Sets as per the following specification for the AICF’s Chess in School Project for the year 2021-22.

1.Staunton Refresh Design Medium weighted International Model 95 mm K H Polystyrene Plastic Chess Sets : Qty – 20000.

2.55 mm x 55 mm field size roll up vinyal chess board – Green/Buff shade with AICF Logo and AICF CIS Logo : Qty – 20000

3.Cotton drawstring bags with AICF Logo : Qty – 20000

4.Fold double magnetic demonstration chess board and pieces in carry bag – Qty – 1000

Terms and Conditions

1. Only OEM can submit the quotation.

2.The firm must be GST registered.

3.The quote must be accompanied by a sample set of items for evaluation by the AICF Committee and their decision will be final and binding.

4.Supply of items anywhere India will be the responsibility of supplier and no additional charges for transportation will be paid by AICF.

5.No advance payment and payment will be settled through RTGS/NEFT on production of original     bills after supply of items.
