I understand that the chess during last 1 year has suffered a lot without any physical chess activity. Many young players have lost prime years of their age group championships, professional players have not got opportunity to participate in the events, arbiters and coaches have lost their livelihood.
AICF in its endeavour to start the physical chess activity has announced national in Kanpur. We will be doing our best to conduct nationals, and am sure everyone will come forward and support chess fraternity of India in starting physical chess activities under new normal.
