On behalf of All India Chess Federation , All J & K Chess Association is organizing Senior National Arbiters Seminar & Exam on 06 & 07 September 2025 at Nek hotel, below gumat,Jammu.
Interested persons, who have completed 17 years of age is required to fill the below Google Form before 25 August 2025 (Please note that the link will be closed if we receive more than 40-45 entries subject to seat availability )

There will be a fee of Rs. 4000/- to undergo the seminar and examination and the same can be paid online https://aicf.in/other-payments/. Fill out the Google Form only after making the payment as you need to mention the Order ID. In case you face difficulty in the online mode payment gateway, you can use the mentioned the Bank Account of AICF to make the payment and needed to mention Order ID place of Google Form.https://forms.gle/i24okWB8qXYkFEV47

Once all registrations for the seminar is done, the list will be forwarded to respective State Associations for their recommendation. State Association recommendation is mandatory.

The selected candidates will be intimated by email once the registration date is over and the payment of the candidates not selected will be refunded at the earliest.

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for stay and make necessary travel arrangements only after confirmation of selection which include payment confirmation & recommendation of respective state associations.

The course material (Arbiters’ Manual) will be provided at the venue.
