Seven medal haul for India at the World Youth 2019

The World Youth 2019 ended on a good note for the Indian contingent as they won seven out of 18 medals.The biggest among them was the gold by Praggnanandhaa in the Under-18 open.Vantika Agrawal,Srihari LR and Divya Deshmukh took home the silver medals in the U-18 Girls,Under-14 Open and Under 14-girls respectively.The Bronze medals were clinched by Sreeshwan Maralakshikari in the  Under-14 Open, Rakshitta Ravi in the  Under-14 Girls and Aronyak Ghosh in the  Under-16 Open.This was the highest tally of medals achieved  by any nation.

Vantika Agrawal won the silver medal

Aronyak Ghosh won the bronze medal

Under-14 Open

Srihari LR won the silver medal
