Western Asian Junior/ Girls Chess Championship – 2025 in Colombo, Kaluthara , Srilanka from 04-12 June 2025

The players who participated in the Over the Board National Junior (Open & Girls) Chess Championship 2024 at Karnal, Haryana and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships subject to age stipulation.

Player finished first in corresponding National Junior Over the Board Championship for the year 2024 Rs. 16,660/-

For other Players: Rs. 1,12,550/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 85,030/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 74,710/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

All accompanying persons: Rs. 99,650/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 72,130/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 61,810/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

Special Note: If a player has only one accompanying person, then he/she must pay for double sharing amount only. (Triple sharing basis not accepted for two persons).

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier all players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned in due course once receive it from them.

AICF does not extend anything and players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
