- The players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 7, Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 Chess Championships 2025 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.
- AICF does not extend anything and players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
The Champions (Gold medal) of the 2025 World Cadet & Youth Rapid and Blitz Championships: Rs. 18,770/–
- The Players: Rs. 99,648/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 82,582/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All accompanying Persons: Rs. 92,228/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 75,162/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges and Bank Charges only. All Players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation receive from organizers will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive from them.
