- The Open players participated in the Over the Board National Chess Championships 2025 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 2200 rating (based on the 1st May 2026 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
- The Women’s players participated in the Over the Board National Women Chess Championships 2025 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 2000 rating (based on the 1st May 2026 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships.
- National Chess Championship 2025 & National Women Chess Championship 2025 Medal winners will be treated as official players.
- The Additional Players: Rs.1,55,130/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs.1,31,880/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,27,230/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs. 1,03,980/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once we receive it from them.
AICF does not extend anything to the additional players and they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
