- The players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group (Under 13, Under 15, and Under 17) Chess Championships 2025 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.
- National Champions or Medal Winners (Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17) will be treated as official players.
- The Players (Hotel 4*): Rs. 2,31,330/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 2,03,250/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All accompanying Persons (Hotel 4*): Rs. 2,16,210/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,88,130/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
Special Note: If a player has only one accompanying person, then he/she must pay for double sharing amount only. (Triple sharing basis not accepted for two persons).
The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.
AICF does not extend anything and additional players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

- Travel price from Rome Fiumicino Airport (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 120 Euros (120*108= Rs.12,960)
- Travel price from Pescara International Airport (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 10 Euros (10*108= Rs.1080)
- Travel price from Pescara Train Station (2 ways) to hotels is for each person 10 Euros (10*108= Rs.1080)
