I send you attached the final decision of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Disciplinary Subcommittee, regarding the incident that happened during the World Youth Chess Championships 2014 in Durban and where you were both involved.
According to the decision the licenses of both of you are cancelled and you cannot be Arbiters in any FIDE rated event until 31 December 2015 ( taking into consideration that you could not be Arbiters in any FIDE rated event since April 2015 ).
Your licenses ( of FA D’ Cat. ) could be issued again after your successful passing of a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar.
Your names will be deleted from the list of the Licensed Arbiters.
