Asian Amateur Chess Championships – 2026 (Men & Women U2300 – U2000 – U1700) in Bangkok, Thailand from 20th to 30th November, 2026.

The players who participated in the respective categories of the National Amateur Chess Championships 2026, held in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and finished among the top 50 players in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.

• The Players : Rs. 1,39,950/- (Single Room Accommodation without food) or Rs. 1,20,750/- (Double Sharing Accommodation with food )

• All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,32,750/- (Single Room Accommodation with food ) or Rs. 1,13,550/- (Double Sharing Accommodation with food)

• The Players: Rs. 1,11,150/- (Single Room without food) or Rs. 87,150/- (Double Sharing without food)

• All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,03,950 /- (Single Room without food) or Rs. 79,950/- (Double Sharing without food )

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges (food and without food )and bank charges only. As said earlier the players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.

AICF will not extend expenses related to players  Entry Fees, Registration fees , Accomodation, tickets, visa & insurance etc.
