- Players who participated in the Over-the-Board National Age Group Chess Championships 2025 (Under-7, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17) and finished among the top 50 in the final ranking list shall be eligible to participate in the respective age category of the event.
The eligibility criteria based on date of birth are as follows:
- Under-7: Players born on or after 1 January 2019
- Under-9: Players born on or after 1 January 2017
- Under-11: Players born on or after 1 January 2015
- Under-13: Players born on or after 1 January 2013
- Under-15: Players born on or after 1 January 2011
- Under-17: Players born on or after 1 January 2009
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships.
- Players who finished first in the corresponding Over-the-Board National Age Group Chess Championships 2025 (Under-7, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15 & Under-17): Rs. Rs. 23,850/-
- The Additional Players: Rs.1,32,750/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs.1,07,230/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,17,350/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs. 91,830/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once we receive it from them.
AICF will not extend expenses related to players Entry Fees, Registration fees , Accomodation, tickets, visa & insurance etc.
