The Indian Olympiad Women’s Team Coaching Camp has commenced on 22nd of April, under the guidance of GM Jacob Aagaard at Hotel Radisson Blu, New Delhi. The week-long coaching camp which will end on 29th of April was unveiled by Mr Bharat Singh Chauhan, Hony. Secretary, AICF.
World-renowned Chess Author and Trainer Jacob Aagaard is the official team coach. The team consists of IM Padmini Rout, IM Tania Sachdev, IM Eesha Karavade, WIM Vaishali R. WGM Mary Ann Gomes, WGM Soumya Swaminathan, and WIM Akanksha Hagawane are undergoing grandmaster training for the upcoming 43rd World Chess Olympiad 2018.
