Batumi (Georgia) from 5^th to 12^th June, 2023

1. As there is no separate National Rapid and Blitz event in National Calendar, the players participated in the Over the Board National Age Group Chess Championships between July 2022 to January 2023 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.

• GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National Championships.

• AICF does not extend any financial support and players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

• Players : Rs. 72,382/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 63,758/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 60,062/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

• All accompanying persons : Rs. 66,222/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 57,598/- (Double Sharing Accommodation) or Rs. 53,902/- (Triple Room Accommodation)

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges & Bank Charges only. The Players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation receive from organizers will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive from them.

Apart from the above amount, players and accompanying persons need to make the following amount per person as extra if their port of arrival and departure is other than Batumi airport and need to add to the total amount as transportation charges.

• Travel from Batumi airport (2 ways) to hotels is free of charge. (Free)
• Travel price from Kutaisi airport (2 ways) to hotels (120 km) is for each person 45 Euros (45*88= Rs.3,960)
• Travel price from Trabzon (Turkey) airport (2 ways) to hotels (160 km) is for each person 65 Euros (65*88= Rs.5,720)
• Travel price from Rize-Artvin (Turkey) airport (2 ways) to hotels (80 km) is for each person 45 Euros (45*88= Rs.3,960)
• Travel price from Tbilisi airport (2 ways) to hotels (360 km) is for each person 80 Euros (80*88= Rs.7,040)
