In preparation for the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad, the Indian Women’s Chess Team participated in a vital training camp from August 27 to September 1, 2024, at the Karnavati Club in Ahmedabad. Organized by the All India Chess Federation (AICF), the camp focused on refining the team’s strategies, enhancing individual skills, and strengthening team coordination ahead of the Olympiad, which begins on September 10, 2024.

- IM Divya Deshmukh: A rising star in Indian chess known for her aggressive playing style and tactical acumen.
- GM Vaishali Rameshbabu: An accomplished young player with a solid international presence, known for her dynamic and adaptable play.

- IM Vantika Agrawal: Participated remotely to discuss advanced strategies and share insights from her recent experiences in international tournaments.
- GM Dronavalli Harika: Engaged in remote sessions to contribute her expertise on strategic planning and psychological preparation, leveraging her vast experience in international chess.
