AICF Coaching Camp for North – Eastern States

AICF Office 8 years ago

Keeping the AICF’s motto of chess development in the North-Eastern States, the All India Chess Federation is organizing a Coaching Camp for talented players from North-Eastern states under the age of 15 years at Guwahati from 14-17 December 2017. The coaching camp will be held at SAI Center, Guwahati.

The coaching camp will be conducted free of cost for 50 participants. AICF will extend free lodging to all participants with check in on 14 Dec 17 forenoon and check out on 17 Dec 17afternoon. However, no accommodation will provided to local players. Forty-Eight (48) participants from following States have been equally divided: Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Assam and Manipur

The state associations of above States can nominate six  deserving candidates for the seminar as per merit (also select byes in case vacancies arise). The respective associations need to select the players on merit basis only.  Apart from this, two remaining vacancies will be given to State of Assam being the host. However if any seats are not filled by any state, AICF will fill the seats from S/By candidates from other NE states.

Entries will accept through respective state associations only. The list of participants must reach AICF office from respective state associations on or before 30 Nov 17 positively.
