Asian Individual Chess Championships (Men’s and Women’s) – 2025 in Al Ain, UAE from 6th to 16th May 2025

  1. The Open players participated in the Over the Board National Chess Championships 2024 in Haryana 17th to 27th August 2024 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 2000 rating (based on the 1st May 2025 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
  2. The Women’s players participated in the Over the Board National Women Chess Championships in Tamil Nadu 3rd to 13th October 2024 and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list and above 1800 rating (based on the 1st May 2025 FIDE Rating List) are eligible to participate in the event.
  3. GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation in the National Championships subject to age stipulation.
  4. National Chess Championship 2024 & National Women Chess Championship 2024 Medal winners will be treated as official players.
  5. AICF does not extend anything to the additional players, they need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
  • The Additional Players: Rs.1,66,920/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs.1,23,420/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
  • All Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,40,820/- (Single Room Accommodation) and Rs. 97,320/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)

The above amount includes Registration Fee, Entry Fee, Accommodation Charges and Bank Charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned in due course once we receive it from them.
