Commonwealth Chess Championship – 2025 – 26 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 8th to 17th November, 2025.

  1. The players who participated in the Over the Board National Age Group Under 7, Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 (Sub Junior), Under 17, Under 19 (Junior), Senior National and National Women Chess Championships 2024 and finished in the top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in this event.
  2. Nationals 2024 (Under 7, Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 (Sub Junior), Under 17, Under 19 (Junior), Senior National and National Women Champions will be treated as official players.
  3. Additional Players: Rs. 1,28,020/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,16,005/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
  4. Accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,14,670/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 1,02,655/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)

The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the additional players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.

AICF does not extend anything and additional players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.

Please Note:

  1. GMs and IMs having a rating above 2400 – Free Entry Fee
  2. WGMs and WIMs having a rating above 2250 – Free Entry Fee

All Grandmasters (With rating of 2400/ WGM 2250): Rs. 10,540/- (Amount includes registration fees & bank charges only)

For IM having a rating above 2400/WIM having a rating above 2250: Rs. 1,14,670/- (Single Room), Rs. 1,02,655/- (Double Sharing). This amount includes registration fees, Accommodation fees & bank charges only)

All Grandmasters, Women Grandmaster, International Master and Women International Master are required to make their own arrangement for Visa and Flight bookings.

Note: No entry will be entertained after 4th October, 2025.
