Senior National Arbiter Seminar & Examination in Guwahati on 20 & 21 September 2025

On behalf of All India Chess Federation , All Assam State Chess Association  is organizing Senior National Hotel Ornate, near Nehru Stadium in Guwahati ,Assam on 21 & 21 September 2025.

Eligibility

• Age: 17 years or above
• Only candidates recommended by their State Associations are eligible Registration Process

1. Submit your name to your District/State Chess Association.
2. Get recommended by your State Association.
3. Make payment of Rs. 4000/- (Order ID required) ,Online Payment:https://prs.aicf.in/pay
4. Fill out the Google Form. (Gfrom : https://forms.gle/LF21c7EWWgdS68Lh7)

Important Details:

• Registration open until 14 September 2025 or 40-45 entries (whichever is earlier)
• State Association recommendation mandatory
• Selected candidates notified via email
• Non-selected candidates’ payments refunded
• Arrange stay and travel after confirmation from State Association
• (Course Material) provided at venue Recommended Pre-Reading
• Laws of Chess
• Tiebreak regulations
• Rating regulations
• Swiss pairing
• Arbiter regulations
• Anti-Cheating regulations

The selected candidates will be intimated by email once the registration date is over and the payment of the candidates not selected will be refunded at the earliest.

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for stay and make necessary travel arrangements only after confirmation of selection which include payment confirmation & recommendation of respective state associations.
