Fide Arbiter Seminar 2026-27

All India Chess Federation is pleased to announced following FIDE Arbiter Seminars as per the appended schedule below:

1. Submit your name to your respective state chess association.
2. Ensure your state association recommends you before making the payment.

Important Details:
Eligibility:

Interested Senior National Arbiters holding NA License are eligible to undergo the subject seminar .Only names received through state associations with their recommendation will be considered.

Registration: Approved candidates can register by filling out the Google for above centers subject to seat availability. Please note seats (20) are limited only.

Registration & Fees:

• Interested candidates can approach their State Association to obtain the preliminary registration link.
• Once you receive the registration link from your State Association, kindly complete the form before 15 April 2026.
• Please note: Only registration links received through your State Association (via email) will be considered valid.
• The recommended and approved final shortlisted participants will be informed on mail with payment link .
• Seminar Fee: ₹5,000/- (includes FIDE fee),Please do not pay it earlier without getting AICF participation confirmation on mail .
• The last date for submission of the preliminary Google Form is 15 April 2026 for Vijayawada, and 20 days prior to the Seminar for Chandigarh or Siliguri, subject to seat availability.

Selection and Refund:

• Selected candidates will be intimated by email after the registration deadline.
• Payments of non-selected candidates will be refunded at the earliest.
• Refund Policy for Non-Selection and Unforeseen Circumstances
• The responsibility of AICF is limited to refunding the fee paid in cases of non-selection, or in the event of postponement/cancellation of the seminar due to a force majeure situation.

Arrangements:

• Participants are responsible for their own stay and travel arrangements, which should be made only after confirmation of selection, including recommendation from their state association.
