The FIDE was awarding FIDE arbiters title for arbiters who had the requisite number of norms. But, as per the new regulations of FIDE, it is mandatory for all FIDE Arbiter title seekers to attend the Arbiters Seminar conducted by the FIDE and to pass the exam. As requested by All Marathi Chess Association, AICF has allotted and to conduct an Arbiters Seminar at Mumbai from 08 to 10 January, 2018. Anybody who has basic knowledge about the game can appear for the Seminar.
Prof.R.Anantharam International Arbiter, and International Arbiter Mr.Nitin Shenvi will conduct the Seminar. All those who are interested in attending the course are requested to send the filled application form attached along with Demand Draft favouring All India Chess Federation, payable at Chennai for Rs.12,000/- ( with out lodging ) Rs.15,000 (with lodging in sharing basis) towards FIDE Fee, Exam fee, and study Materials and other expenses connected with the seminar. Interested candidates are requested to send their duly filled entry form through the respective State Chess Associations so as to reach AICF before 27 December, 2017
Arrival & Registration : 08th January, 2018 before : 09:30.A.M.
Departure : 10th January, 2018 after : 19: 00 hrs.
Seminar will be held at : Ram Mandir Vaishnavashram Trust ,Near Western Express Highway , Jogeshwari
