Mahesh Candolkar and Ashesh Keni elected as President and Secretary of Goa Chess Association

Shri Prabhakar Timble as a presiding Officer conducted the election of Goa Chess Association for the post of President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 joint Secretaries from south for the term 2021-2025 on Sunday. Shri Mahesh Chandrolkar and Shri Asheh Keni elected as President and Secretary respectively of the association after defeating Shri Vinay Tendulkar and Sharendra Naik with an identical margin of 14 – 6. Vishwas Pilankar contesting for the post of Treasurer defeated Kishor Bandekar with the same margin.

Earlier, Arvind Mhamal, Vice President (North Goa), Satyawan Harmalkar (Vice President North), Adv Tukaram Shetye ( Joint Secretary North }, Kalidas Harwalkar ( Joint Secretary North}, Sagar Sakordekar (Vice President South), Damodar Zambaulikar (Vice President South), Ramchandra Parab (Joint Treasurer ) had been declared elected unopposed.
