AICF Headlines Arbiters News Oldest International Arbiter is no more AICF Admin 12 years ago India’s oldest International Arbiter V Seetharamaiya, Kanpur passed away on March 14, 2013. He was 98. Seetharamaiya officiated in many events particularly at the Sangli Chess Festivals. He lived towards the end of his life at Bangalore.
