- The players participated in the Over the Board National School Age Group Chess Championships 2025 in Andhra Pradesh and finished as top 50 in the final ranking list are eligible to participate in the event.
- GM/WGM/IM/WIM exempted from participation National School Championships.
- Player finished first in the corresponding National School Over the Board Championship for the year 2025: Rs. 17,030/-
- All other players: Rs. 1,18,670/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 94,910/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
- All accompanying Persons: Rs. 1,05,470/- (Single Room Accommodation) or Rs. 81,710/- (Double Sharing Accommodation)
The above amount includes registration fee, entry fee, accommodation charges and bank charges only. As said earlier the players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangement for visa and flight bookings. The visa invitation will be shared with all concerned on due course once receive it from them.
AICF does not extend anything and the players need to make their own arrangements for tickets, visa & insurance.
