Kind Attention Players : Torunament organized at serbia will not be rated – advisory received from Serbia Chess Federation
Please find below email received from Goran Urosevic,SCF Delegate for your ready reference
“kindly advise the Indian players that participated in the round robin “14. Vojvodjanskej Slovenskej udarnej brigady” http://www.chess-results.com/tnr249683.aspx?lan=1&art=1&turdet=YES&flag=30&wi=984 that this tournament might not be rated by FIDE.
After preventing several events by GM Drazic, we have now found that he is using other persons as proxies to run his tournaments. This will not be tolerated by the Serbian Chess Federation and the events will not be rated.
I believe the Indian players are likely being deceived and are paying high entry fees. Kindly advise them that similar round robin events in the Vojvodina region, first of all “Zeleni Grad na 64 polja” https://ratings.fide.com/tournament_details.phtml?event=148702 will not be rated either“.
